Yes. This is the official application for the Shop Your Way® 5321 Visa® Credit Card. If approved, you will manage your card account through Finance Your Way.
Yes. Your application is submitted through a secure, encrypted connection. We protect your personal information and use safeguards designed for financial applications.

The application is hosted in a dedicated, secure credit application experience used for processing and protecting sensitive information. The look may differ from the Shop Your Way website, but it is still the official application flow.
No. We will never ask for your bank username or password as part of this credit card application.
If you have the older Shop Your Way Mastercard® / Citi card
You're right — starting November 3, 2025, Citibank renamed and moved your Mastercard under its own rewards program.
Not automatically — you’ll need to complete a new application for consideration with our new partner bank using the official Apply link.
Yes. Every point you earned through your existing Shop Your Way program remains in your Shop Your Way account and follows the usual expiration schedule. Log in anytime at shopyourway.com to view or redeem your points.
Yes. If approved, the new Shop Your Way® 5321 Visa® Credit Card will connect directly to your existing Shop Your Way account so you can keep earning points on eligible purchases.
Submitting an application will result in a credit inquiry as part of the decision process. If approved, your account performance will be reported to the credit bureaus on a regular basis, so it’s important to make on-time payments.

What you're applying for
It is a Shop Your Way branded credit card issued by First Bank & Trust, Bookings, SD that can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted and lets you earn Shop Your Way points on eligible purchases.
- 5% back in points on Gas, EV Charging and transportation (public transit, taxi and rideshare, tolls, parking, car wash)
- 3% back in points on Grocery, Dining and Travel (airfare, hotels, car rental, cruises, timeshares, travel agencies)
- 2% back in points on Merchant Partner purchases, including Sears, Kenmore, Kmart and Sears Home Services
- 1% back in points everywhere else Visa is accepted – worldwide!
No, the Shop Your Way 5321 Visa® Credit Card does not have an annual fee.
Currently, Shop Your Way members who are invited (for example, with offer codes) may apply. If you’re not eligible today, you may be offered an option to join a waiting list to apply at a later time.
It is a Visa® Credit Card and can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted around the world.
About the application process
To apply, you will need to provide basic identity information including your legal name, physical address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and social security number, as well as information about your employment status and housing payment. We may pre-populate some of your information from your existing SYW member account, but you’ll need to verify that it is correct.
Federal law requires identity verification for credit applications. A physical address also helps ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
Your Social Security number helps verify your identity and is required to check your credit and process your application, as is standard for credit card applications.
Income helps determine your ability to repay and is part of responsible lending and credit decisioning.
Most applications take just a few minutes to complete. You’ll receive an application decision or next steps at the end of the application.
Yes, you can view your card number and add the card to your mobile wallet immediately after approval so you can begin using your card and earning points right away. To access your card, create a login from the approval landing page or at syw.com/mycard.
Approved cards are typically received within 7–10 business days.
Managing your account & payments
You can view your balance and available credit in the Shop Your Way app or through your online account at syw.com/mycard.
Payments can be made online at syw.com/mycard, by phone at 888-877-7812, or by mail at the address printed on your statement.
Yes. AutoPay options are available on syw.com/mycard for ease of managing your account and to help ensure you make on-time payments each month.
Your payment due date is shown on your monthly statement and on syw.com/mycard.
Troubleshooting & support
If you did not see a confirmation message, your application may not have been submitted. Try again from the official Apply link. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance at 888-887-7812.
